Year 12 Halfway Day Breakfast celebration 🍳☕
Last Friday marked the halfway point for the Year 12s, and to celebrate, the Teachers put on a bountiful breakfast. The breakfast had everything from eggs and bacon to burgers and wraps, even yogurt and hot chocolate!
Well done to the Year 12s for working so hard to get to this point. We pray that God's strength, joy, and peace sustain them throughout the remainder of the year as they submit assessments and take exams.
Learning Assistance Program (LAP) Student Mentor Luncheon
As a thank you to our mentors, the Learning Support Team hosted a luncheon fit with food, gifts and heartfelt appreciation.
We have an incredible team of dedicated volunteer mentors who support students with one-on-one sessions each week. These mentors include Secondary students and external volunteers who focus on the wellbeing, academic, social and emotional needs of students who need extra support.
This consistent positive contribution guides and enriches the wellbeing and learning outcomes of our students in a powerful way.

Year 10 Geography Camp
Year 10 Geography student, Michael V provided his highlights from the trip.
While on the Geography trip through Kangaroo Island, we were treated to many astonishing landscapes and nature you wouldn’t expect in Australia. Examples of places visited were the Remarkable Rocks, Admiral’s Arch and the jaw-dropping Snelling Beach.
The purpose of the camp was to discover the impacts of tourism in KI and how future developments will damage wildlife and endangered species. Local conservationist Caroline Paterson gave us a detailed walkthrough of the native scrubland on her property. This highlighted the endangered species that would be in serious danger if a proposal to build a new tourist complex adjacent to her property is approved. Lastly, a highlight of the camp was the sandboarding at Little Sahara, yet we got absolutely soaked. However I still enjoyed the opportunity to hurl myself down a sand dune. The sea lions at Seal Bay were also a highlight as we saw them waddle towards the water and then also sleep.
