Welcome to Moonie State School's first ever online newsletter!
We are very grateful to Mr Blake Seufert for training us in the use of this new platform. Don't panic, we will continue to print newsletters for all of our subscribers as well as email you a link to the online version.
How do I navigate the new online newsletter?
The new online version allows for inclusion of more photographs and links to important information. To view, simply click on the image you see and scroll through the images in that album. You can also right click to download and save an image.

Public Speaking & Spelling Competition.
Last Thursday Leila Pevy, Connor Hiles and Caleb Hiles participated in the small schools spelling bee and public speaking competition held at Westmar. The students wrote their own speeches and practiced their spelling independently in preparation for the event.
Tara Zone Athletics Carnival
Congratulations to our senior students Hallie, Douglas, Connor, Heidi, Josie, Caleb and Illyria who competed in the Tara Cluster Athletics Carnival at Hannaford on Thursday. Four of those students were successful in making it to the next level and compete in St George in a couple of weeks.
South West Soccer
Congratulations to Hallie Wormwell who competed in the South West Soccer team in Cairns recently.
Eisteddfod
Please find attached the results from the recent Goondiwindi Eisteddfod. A huge congratulations to everyone at our school. We are the only school in Goondiwindi and surrounding districts to have 100% participation at this event. What a dedicated crew we have!
Father's Breakfast Invitation
