Parkdale Primary 'Steps Back in Time'

Congratulations to everyone involved for making this week's school concert an outstanding success. The energy, enthusiasm and sheer talent displayed by our students on stage was nothing short of remarkable.

The theme of the concert, "Parkdale Steps Back in Time," took us on a nostalgic journey through the music trends of the past. It was heart-warming to see our young performers confidently take the stage and transport us all to different eras with their incredible dance routines. From the 1960s to the present day, their performances captured the essence of each decade; each song linked by Grade 6 students discovering fun facts about the musical pieces and artists after they 'dug up a time capsule on school grounds'.

I want to express my deepest appreciation to our dedicated teachers and staff who worked tirelessly to prepare the students for this memorable event. Their dedication and passion shone through in the amazing performances we witnessed.

To our parents and families, thank you for your unwavering support and encouragement. Your presence in the audience and your involvement in your child's education make all the difference.
