HPGE Art Days

On Wednesday 18th March, 10 students from ACS participated in the second HPGE Day at Tullibigeal. Students from Years 4 to 7 have enjoyed two special art days with several other schools.

Our first trip last month combined travel with Ariah Park students & Mrs Bronwyn Fairman. The students used a variety of pencil gradings to achieve a fully toned drawing. All students had great success with the techniques on offer. 

The March trip involved Miss Laura Kitto driving us to Tullibigeal on the ACS bus. Students used a variety of papers and cardstock to produce collaged animals. This was far more relaxed.

The next trip in April will involve printing methods including lino prints.

An exhibition of all the students work will be held later in the year to conclude this initiative.
