Hi everyone,
The focus of Week 8-9:
- Finish Term 2 SSGs. Remember to upload your minutes for each meeting and put a document in the student folder if they do not attend. You no longer need to wait for signatures. Simply just upload and I will checking these.
- thankyou to everyone for emailing a report. I will check and send out some feedback later this week.
- new yard roster: we are trialling some lunchtime activity clubs. Please encourage student involvement in these clubs.
- STUDENT YARD PROFILES are well past due. I will be talking to everyone about these in CTMs.
- Toilets: lets make sure we keep these as clean as possible. Check before and after each student. Please make this a priority as we still haven't discovered any culprits.
- Canine: please make this a priority. Please put your students attendance time in your planner and set a reminder in your phone.
Moving forward (thinking ahead):
- Middle years classrooms have moved in. Consider how busy the breezeway is and use alternate spaces for movement breaks.
I am going to be very specific each week in the bulletin. The aim is to make it more useful.
