We were blessed to have Australia’s and probably the world’s greatest women’s tennis player Margaret Court send the school a video message inspiring all our students to work hard and to follow their dreams. She shared her amazing journey and she recognised our Year 6 student - Eden’s tennis achievements. We thank Margaret for making the time to send us a message all the way from Perth.
Many thanks to AFL Victoria and the North Melbourne Football Club. We were pleased to have their AFL players Zane Duursma, Hamish Free and Tristan Xerri visit us to run an AFL football clinic with our Year 3 students. It was an exciting and fun day, and enjoyed by all. Mrs Creaner our number one North Melbourne supporter, enjoyed meeting some of her favourite players.
