Anchorage House News

I can't believe it has been a year! As I look back on this year, I am amazed how much we have grown as a group. We started the year talking about two values, trust and respect. I have enjoyed seeing this play out over the year and watching the boys demonstrate and develop these values. They have been a group that has brought energy to our boarding environment. Our staff have managed to dial them down into routines that are now part of Anchorage House. As a group we have all seen success, and I am grateful for the individual contributions each boy has made to making our house thrive.

As a Boarding community we have celebrated in our house the last week of the year. It's now time for us to hand our boarders back to their families for the Christmas break. On behalf of all the staff who have cared and supported your child this year in Anchorage House, we wish you a safe and joyous holiday with family and friends. Stay safe and enjoy quality time together.

Birthdays

Our last birthdays for the year all celebrate in December.  Best wishes to Harrison Smart, Bert Williams and Leo Cunningham.
