Following the completion of our recent Safe Tree Audit conducted by the VSBA, there will be tree works completed on Friday 6th December. Three trees will be worked on to reduce weight and prune them back from over our buildings or boundary fences.

The report graded all trees on our site as either high, medium or low priority with works to be carried out or reassessments conducted over the next one to three years.

Last week I attended the Bayside Principal’s Area Forum where key information was presented about the future directions of education in our area. We were provided with presentations centering on Victoria’s Teaching and Learning Model 2.0 which steps through key ‘Elements of Learning’ and ‘Elements of Teaching’. As a school we already implement many facets of the model and will continue to refine and strengthen our teaching and learning practice where required.
