Deputy Principals

2025 Year 11 & 12 Subjects

In the coming weeks, families of students entering Years 11 and 12 in 2025 will receive an email from the College confirming their child’s subject allocations for the upcoming school year. These placements are based on selections made by students during Term 3, along with the structure of the 2025 timetable. In some cases, students may receive ‘reserve’ subject allocations if their first-choice subjects cannot be accommodated within the timetable.

For students wishing to make adjustments to their 2025 subject choices, there will be an opportunity to book an appointment for further discussion after the publication of End of Year Reports. Details of these appointments will be communicated shortly by the Deputy Principal. Please remember that students must meet the Minimum Entry Requirement (MER) to select or continue with specific courses for next year.

2025 Booklists

The College is partnering with Campion Education to service the Booklist/Resource list for students. The 2025 Booklists are in the final stages of development and will be made available to parents in the coming weeks through SEQTA and the College website once completed.

Year 9 Examinations

Our Year 9 students will soon experience their first College exams, an important step in preparing them for the academic demands of senior school. These exams will begin on Thursday, 21 November, and all Year 9 students are expected to attend school daily and complete each exam as scheduled.

We encourage students to use a Study Planner to help organize their study time effectively in the lead-up to exams. Best of luck to everyone – stay focused and prepare well!

Cardinal Peter Okpalaeke Visit

We were fortunate to have His Eminence, Cardinal Peter Okpalaeke visit us from Nigeria, who toured the school and had an opportunity to meet with College Staff. His Eminence met with a Year 11 Religion & Life class, where students were told the story of his journey from Priest to Cardinal. The Cardinal enjoyed his visit, especially the opportunity to chat with students.
