P&F Committee:
All are welcome to join our school P&F Committee. If you would like to be involved, please e mail me or come along to our next meeting. If you are unable to attend our monthly meetings due to work or other commitments, please feel free to email me and I will add you to the group so you can receive the meeting agendas and minutes.
Next P&F Meeting:
Our next meeting will be held on Monday 26th May at 2pm prior to school pick up time. All welcome! Please meet at the school library, via the school office (to sign in).
We are planning to alternate our meetings between Wednesdays and Mondays (a mixture of morning and afternoon times) to help accommodate more people. We may even introduce another day/time!
Toast:
Toast is available each morning for all students who would like some extra fuel before they begin the school day. Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who prepare and serve the toast each morning and to those who collect the bread as well as top up the supplies! If you would like to join the roster, please let myself or Jo Lawrence know or you can pass your name onto Krystal in the office.
Student Special Lunch Day:
What a delicious and healthy lunch we had las term-our salad roll, wrap or bowl! Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who helped to prepare and serve this yummy lunch to our students – without your assistance, these special days would not be possible!

Sushi Lunch Orders:
Every Friday, students have the opportunity to have a sushi lunch order provided by Lunch Box Sushi Castlemaine. If you would like to organise this for your child/ren, please jump online to School lunch online to organise ordering. Orders need to be placed prior to 5pm each Thursday afternoon.
Second Hand Uniforms:
Second hand uniforms are available from the school office should you require any. Please also donate any uniform items you may no longer need for others to use. Thank you! (New uniform items can be purchased from Hip Pocket Castlemaine).
Term One St Mary’s Parents and Carer's Catch Up:
We hope those of you who were able to make it along to our catch up last term enjoyed yourselves and the opportunity to connect.
Term Two St Mary’s Parents and Carer’s Catch Up:
Sunday 25th May – 2pm: Walk and Talk around the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens followed by a cuppa at Das Kaffeehaus Castlemaine at 3pm. All welcome. Supervised children welcome. Join for a walk and talk and/or a cuppa afterwards. Please meet at the garden gates at 2pm or Das Kaffeehaus at 3pm. A nice opportunity to connect and catch up!
Term One Fundraiser – St Mary’s Annual Easter Raffle:
Thank you so much to everyone who donated prizes and purchased tickets! Your support enabled us to organise many prizes and raise over $700 to go towards our Sensory Garden....planning is underway! Thank you!
We hope all of our St Mary’s families had a lovely, peaceful and safe Easter after a restful holiday break.
