A reminder to all parents that as a 5 star Sustainable School we are officially Nude Food. We thank those who are consistently supporting our efforts.

Cross Country

On Wednesday we had our annual Year 3 - 6 House Cross Country races.  Well done to all students who did their best as they ran the many laps around Brentwood Reserve.  A big congratulations to Marram (Red) House for coming first. Thank you to Mrs Drury and Ms Purcell for all their work in setting up the event so that it was a great success.  From this event a number of our students will now go on and compete at the Monash Heights District Cross Country early next term.

Our Five Star Celebration Day

Mr Stockton has been working hard to fine tune and edit our 5 star drone photo.  What a fantastic way to celebrate our Sustainability achievements.

Dance and Drama Performance

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of attending the Dance and Drama performance. Twenty-three Year 3, 4 and 5 students have been honing their craft through the lunchtime club organised by Broadway Kids, where they gather every Friday to practice. For many of them, Saturday marked their first time on stage—a moment filled with nervous excitement. Their performance was wonderful, and the delight radiating from them at the end was wonderful to see.  A big thank you to Naedene Barraclough, whose guidance has allowed these students to discover and showcase their creativity.

School Pride

Thank you to 5DG for participating in School Pride this week.

and 5RC and PKW.

Happy Easter to everyone. Have a restful break over the holidays.
