OUR NEW COORDINATOR
We would like to introduce you to our new OSHC Coordinator, Ruby Allan. She has been working at Wheelers Hill since 2022 as an educator.
Ruby is super excited about her new role and continuing to watch the program grow.
ELECTRONIC SIGN-IN AND SIGN-OUT
We have moved to an Electronic signing in and signing out system. When signing in please do the following:
Enter your phone number
Enter the code sent to your phone
Enter a new code as this will be your code for when you sign in and sign out.
If you need further information or have any questions or need assistance with this please see our educator team.
VACATION CARE REMINDERS
This is a reminder for those families who will be attending our April Vacation Care program:
Our program will be running from the school gym,
For Thursday 17th April our program will be running from the Main Room as it is our excursion day.
If your child or children do not attend our program because of an illness a medical certificate can be provide to have fees waived,
Please ensure that your child or children have a sun smart for when they attend,
If your child or children bring an electronic device such as an iPad or Nintendo Switch they will be able to play them during the following times: 7am-9:30am and 4pm-6pm. Between these hours the devices will be placed in our office to keep them safe.
