School Council is a vibrant and active group of volunteers that play a vital role in establishing the broad direction and vision of our school within the school's community.

 

Introducing the School Council members for 2025 - Alice Middlemiss, Larna Woodyatt, Rod Dean, Heather Wallis, Ruby Dawson, Kelly McMurray, Nadia Impey, Kylie Nissen, Sarah Bigmore, Kylie Riddoch, Alyson McPhan.  In particular we welcome and thank our new members for joining us in 2025 - Allira Reeves and Amy Trengove.  Please see below photos and fun facts about our 2025 members.

Alice Middlemiss - School Council President 

School Council Years of Service: 4

Fun Facts: I hold an off road racing licence and have won an event outright two years in a row. I’m also an identical twin. 

 

Larna Woodyatt - School Council Vice President 

School Council Years of Service: 6 years

Fun Facts: I have over 200 books in my collection!

 

Rod Dean 

School Council Years of Service:I have been on council for 5 years. 

Fun Facts: An interesting thing is that I enjoy travel. We visited Japan last year and will visit Malaysia this year.

 

Heather Wallis 

School Council Years of Service:  2 years 

Fun Facts: I grew up in Papua New Guinea and moved to Australia when I was 15.

 

Amy Trengove

School Council Years of Service: First year on School Council 

Fun Facts: I have a special pram for my cat Marcellus.

 

Sarah Bigmore

School Council Years of Service: I have served on the school council for a total of six years, across different terms.

Fun Facts: I have a dog called Billy Bigmore

 

Ruby Dawson 

Years of Service: This is my second year

Fun Fact: I am a chocoholic. 

 

Kylie Nissen

Years of Service: I have served on School Council for 8 years to date.

Fun Fact: I have taught in schools in three different states across Australia.

 

Alyson McPhan

Years of Service: 8 years 

Fun Fact: I am a women's open table tennis champion.
