Around Our Level

Term One has gone by so quickly and we are so proud of all our students' achievements' from learning how to pack and unpack their school bags, being responsible for their personal belongings, becoming familiar with our classroom routines and expectations, following school rules, showing examples of our school values of ‘Respect, Kindness and Safety’, learning their letters and sounds, recognising ‘heart words' in text and isolation, reading and writing numbers 1 to 10, and undertaking weekly homework tasks. They also attended assemblies, specialist classes, had their first school photos, and participated in our whole school events.

On Tuesday 1st of April, our Preps confidently travelled by bus to Lillydale Lake and participated in our whole school Cross Country. Our students ran an impressive 1km circuit. Congratulations to the following students for their outstanding efforts on the day:

A big congratulations to Power house for being the overall winner of our whole school Cross Country. Every student that ran on the day helped earn points towards the overall team scores. A special thank you to Mrs Smith for her wonderful organisation and planning of such a successful event.
