Moderation

It’s now time to start thinking about scheduling a time for NCCD Moderation for next term. The moderation process will include the ISTs, the SMEs, and the Principal of each school.

We’ve come a long way on our journey of educating staff on the Process of Moderation and the NCCD levels. It is pleasing to report that all of our teachers are actively engaged in writing Adjustment Reports and accurately capturing the frequency and intensity of these adjustments. This is a major milestone for us as a diocese, and it’s something we should celebrate—our collective knowledge around adjustments has significantly increased. 

 

Once the moderation data has been collected, the CSO team will conduct cross-moderation to ensure quality assurance and consistency across all schools.
