Marine Jobs Info Day

A marine career information session, facilitated by Tassal, will be held at the Kingborough Community Hub next Wednesday 28 August. Two session times are available: 10am–1pm and 4pm–7pm.

Attendees will have the opportunity to talk to site managers, the talent team, and other marine staff to explore the roles available in the industry. Departments represented on the day will be sustainability and environment, diving, marine operations, communities, talent and farming.

Additionally, there will be an opportunity to participate in mini-interviews if attendees bring along their CVs. This can serve as a valuable practice session for students and job seekers.

Tassal will also be promoting their  ‘accelerator program’ which is a 6-week program designed to prepare inexperienced candidates for ‘on the water’ roles. This program is ideal for those nearing 18 or at the start of their careers. The sessions and programs are open to all community members, regardless of age.

If you know anyone who may be interested, you can contact the team via email – talent@tassal.com.au, or telephone 0439 482 350
