Library News

Our recent Write a Book in a Day competition was a huge success. We had 30 teams involving 165 students spend 12 hours in the library writing and illustrating a 5000 word story.

All of our groups completed their story on time and they will be printed and send to kids in hospitals around Australia. We have currently raised over $5000 for The Kids Cancer Project but fundraising will continue until the end of September. You can support our any of our participating students by asking them for a link to their fundraising page.

In the four years The Gap SHS has been participating in this program we have raised $25 000 for The Kids Cancer Project.
