Specialist Feature News - PE

Selamat Siang,

Well done to everyone who participated in Senior Swimming Carnival last Friday. We were very pleased with the number of students who participated in competitive events. I would also like to extend a big thank you to those parents who were able to come along and help the day run smoothly. The children had a wonderful time, and all contributed to the first event of the year being a success!

We have had a great turn out to run club on a Wednesday morning. Well done to those who have been attending, it has been great fun!

In sport, we are focusing on running and fitness in preparation for Twilight Sports. This will be the focus across all grades and throughout the next few weeks we will be practising our running races, participating in some agility drills and playing running games.

If your child has qualified for district swimming, please give permission to attend on compass and check their bag for important information.

Beginning in week 5, students will be starting to create costumes and props for the school production. For senior students (grade 3-6) this will be when they will be decorating their t-shirts. A message has been sent out on compass with details regarding this.

Donation Request: Used paper-towel rolls for our upcoming 1/2 marble run design project would be greatly appreciated!

Terima kasih!
