Junior School

This term, 1/2L have started a new Inquiry investigation about materials and resources. 

To start our investigations into materials and resources, we discussed what materials are and where they come from. The students worked together to identify that materials could be natural or human-made and worked together to identify what materials would fit in each category. The students then used the class iPads to explore different materials they could find in the school yard, taking photos and presenting their findings to the class! This experience was a new and immersive approach to our investigations that the students took on eagerly and responsibly.
