The Edwards Smith House Sudoku Cup

Wednesday lunchtime saw the re-instalment of House Sudoku with houses playing for the Edwards Smith House Sudoku Cup.  A competition not played since 2007.

It was a great atmosphere in the Library as teams of competitors from each house collaborated to solve an easy, medium, and hard puzzle during the lunch hour. Students and staff from all houses quietly cheered them on and encouraged them.

Houses were awarded points on both accuracy and timing.

Participation:                                                                                                           1 point

Incomplete puzzle but with the most correct squares:                        2 points

Completed correct puzzle:                                                                                3 points

Completed the correct puzzle in the fastest time:                                         4 points

Results will be announced at a future assembly.

Well done to those competing.  Thank you to Library Committee members for assisting with the competition, especially Harry and Kendra for their judging, Tahni, Georgia, Annabel and Zali for timing.
