The Resilience Project GEM Chats for Parents

We’re excited to introduce GEM Chats—a fantastic opportunity for parents to engage with The Resilience Project and learn practical strategies to build resilience in their families. GEM stands for Gratitude, Empathy, and Mindfulness, three key tools that can help children and parents navigate life’s challenges with emotional strength.

What you’ll learn:

  • Gratitude: Simple ways to help your child focus on the positive, even in tough times.
  • Empathy: How to foster kindness and understanding in your child’s interactions.
  • Mindfulness: Techniques to help everyone stay calm and focused in today’s busy world.

These chats provide easy, everyday activities you can practice at home to help your child—and yourself—develop these important skills.

Join us in nurturing resilience within our school community! This week our focus is Empathy-
