Dear Parents/Guardians,

ANZAC Day Ceremonies

I would like to thank the school community (parents, staff & students) for supporting our the Rochester ANZAC Day ceremony last Friday. A special mention  to the students who represented the school or other community organisations on the day. Thank you to our school captains, Cooper, Lacey, Katie, and Charlie for laying the wreath and Lacey for speaking.

Our first Parent/ teacher/student  interviews will be held on Tuesday 6th May. Booking are now open on XUNO. Students will be dismissed at 1:30pm on this day but supervision will be provided for those who cannot leave. Please return the form sent home on Monday if your child is staying at school for the last hour.

Please note your child is helping to lead the discussions at this interview.

Do it for Dolly Day - Dress in blue!

Next Friday 9th, is 'Do It For Dolly Day'. It is a day dedicated to bringing the community together, spreading kindness and uniting in helping break the silence around bullying. Dolly's favourite colour was blue so students are invited to come to school dressed in blue casual clothes. We encourage students to bring a gold coin donation for the cause. We will also run extra activities on the day to educate students and promote this important message.

School Beanie

With the cooler weather creeping up on us, don't forget we have our school beanies available from the office for $12. The school makes no profit on this.  If paying online please provide your child's surname to ensure the payment can be tracked.

2026 Prep Information Night

Our planning for 2026 commences on Monday, May 12 with our Prep Information Night. Please share this information with anyone you know who is contemplating enrolling their child at our school next year or would like to know more about our school.

EDUCATION WEEK AND OPEN DAY

This is a perfect segue to advise everyone that we are holding an open day on Thursday 22nd during Education Week with the school open to visitors and current families. From 9:30am to 11am our School Captains will be running tours. Please call or email the office if you would like to book a tour. We will also have different activities and events during Education week - Watch this space.

Get well soon

Many of you may have noticed Mrs. Collins has not been at school recently. Unfortunately she fell ill over the Easter break. On behalf of the entire school community, we wish Mrs. Collins a speedy recovery.
