We hope you have had a great fortnight! Here is what we have been up to at TeamKids.

Mother’s Day

This past week we have been busy creating gifts and cards to give to Mum on Sunday. Children have demonstrated creativity and care for others through this task, we made love bugs and 3D cards to make Mother's Day extra special! We hope everyone has a lovely Mother’s Day and enjoys celebrating the significant women in their lives on Sunday.

Club Sign-Ups

Club sign-ups are underway at TeamKids. The final week to sign up to clubs is next Friday. Last term we participated in STEM, cooking and art themed clubs so we are excited to gauge and plan for this term’s clubs! Once club sign-ups have closed children will brainstorm together on activities, they would like to do this term to ensure our service is child focus.

100-hour Outdoor Challenge

This term we are also focusing on our outdoor challenge of spending 100 hours outside this term. As the weather becomes colder, and the days become shorter we notice the lack of outdoor play during this period. We aim to provide children with more outdoor experiences and currently we have spent 9 hours outdoors, you can view our progress through the challenge tracker located in the TeamKids room.

Family Feedback Form

At TeamKids Syndal South, our goal is to lead a program directed by the children's interests, we would really appreciate feedback from families on how we can better our service and to incorporate families into the service as much as possible.
