In our Respectful Relationships lessons we have been looking at our own individual strengths. Here is a picture of the Strengths Tree that D4 have made.

Story Book Craft

Each week we have a different picture story book that we focus on in class. We complete a craft activity based on the story book. Here are some of the rainbow crafts that were done as a response to the story Thunderstorm Dancing.

Mothers Day

In preparation for Mother's Day, all of the foundation students created an Owl artwork for their mum or special woman in their lives using collage and paint.

On behalf of the Foundation students and teachers we hope that all the mothers and mother figures had an awesome Mother's Day!

Reminders:

  • Please ensure your child has brain food each day. Brain food is consumed during learning time so should be easily eaten. Pre cut fruit, vegetables and cheese are ideal or yoghurt in a pouch. All other forms of brainfood are welcome to be eaten at snack and lunch time.
  • The School Nurse is continuing to visit over the next couple of weeks. If you haven't already completed either the online form or the paper forms sent home, please do so and return ASAP. Please see your classroom teacher if you need a new form.
  • Please regularly check your child's school bag and reader satchel for notes or work coming home.
  • Please let your child know if you have put notes in their bag that need to be handed in (or hand them directly to your teacher).
