Green Team 

Congratulations to all those who presented speeches for the Green Team Representative Role! It was great to see displays of leadership and commitment to building a sustainable future. It is easy to see how we continue to maintain our 5 Star Sustainable Rating! We are so lucky to have such passionate students among us, willing to step up and take action. Though only a few can join the team, we would love to see your passion and leadership shine through in our initiatives. 

Well done to those who were successful. We look forward to working alongside you this year. You will meet some of our members over the coming weeks and learn what inspired them to run for the role. 

Clean Up Australia Day

Solway will continue to participate in Clean Up Australia Day. Whilst it is run on the first weekend of March, The Green Team will celebrate the following week by cleaning up alongside Gardiners Creek and surrounding areas. It would be fantastic if you could promote this initiative over the weekend by picking up rubbish, discussing why it is important we dispose of waste appropriately and how we can actively try to minimise waste.
