Drop-off/Pick-up Etiquette

We appreciate your commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students, and we would like to remind everyone about the importance of being considerate when picking up or dropping off your children at school.

Lately, we've observed instances of cars stopping on yellow lines, in front of driveways, and blocking the flow of traffic during these crucial times. While we understand the rush that comes with the school pick-up and drop-off routine, it's imperative that we prioritise the safety of all students, parents, and staff.

To maintain a smooth and safe traffic flow, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

No Spot, Don't Stop: Please refrain from stopping in areas marked with yellow lines or other designated no-parking zones. These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety and efficiency of traffic around the school.

Mind Driveways: Be considerate of residents and fellow parents by avoiding stops in front of driveways. Blocking access can cause inconvenience for others in the neighborhood.

Keep Traffic Flowing: Please be mindful of the flow of traffic around the school premises. Avoid creating bottlenecks or congestion that could lead to potential hazards.

The safety of our students is non-negotiable, and we urge every member of our community to take this matter seriously. By strictly adhering to these guidelines, we can collectively create an environment that prioritises the wellbeing of our children. For your reference and to gain a comprehensive understanding of our traffic management plan, we encourage you to view the detailed guidelines HERE.

Your cooperation in this matter is not only expected but crucial. Let us come together as responsible members of our school community to ensure a safe and secure environment for our students.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
