1/2 News…

This fortnight, the 1/2 students have been exploring their families and what makes things special to them. 

As our families are incredibly diverse and interesting, the students have made incredible family trees to show what their family structure looks like.

First, the students used their cutting skills to create the tree trunks. Then, they used either a paint brush or their hands to create the leaves on their tree. Of course, many of them choose to use their hands!

Once our trees had dried, we drew and labelled our family members. Finally, we stuck our members on and connected them to us, showing just how amazing and special our families are!
