TWILIGHT FAIR

Dear RMPS Community,

⭐️ We are still looking for more help, WE NEED YOU! ⭐️

With 21 weeks to go, the Fair is fast approaching, but we need more help!

Thank you to the parent who has put their hand up to fill the role of Set-up & Pack-down Coordinator.

We are still seeking:

🙋‍♀️ A SAFETY COORDINATOR – Are you a Health & Safety Officer, Emergency Service Personnel, or a Construction or Site Manager? Or do you have a knack for planning and keeping things running safely? This is a vital role and we NEED someone to put their hand up and take on this role.

🙋‍♀️ More help for our SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR – We’re looking for a person or two to join our small sponsorship team and help gather prizes for the fair. That might mean sending a few emails, making some calls, picking up donated items—or even heading to a shopping centre with flyers. Whatever time or help you can offer would make a big difference!

🙋‍♀️ Volunteers who can lend a hand with preparations or on the day:

• Do you or someone you know have a prize spinning wheel?
• Do you have a connection with a sporting or other club that wants to do an on-stage demo?
• Do you have a connection to an events hire company? 
• Are you an electrician who can help us with testing and tagging equipment? 
• Are you connected to a drinks company and can help us with donations of soft drinks or bottled water? 
• Are you a photographer who can capture some memorable moments on the day?

Every little bit counts, and your involvement makes a big difference!
