Years 10 to 12
‘Completely unreal’ — that’s how many described it. One of the biggest, if not THE biggest highlight of the year for the Class of 2025. Coming after the methods sac, it could not have been more perfectly timed. It was a much needed escape from the trenches of VCE and the constant bombardment of deadlines. For at least half the cohort, it wasn’t just a celebration, it was a breather, a well-earned break to just enjoy the moment away from everything school related.
The night itself was a runway of stunning looks—flowing train dresses, crisp tuxedoes, matching suits, corsages, and bold black-on-black fits—our Year 12s truly showed up and showed out for what was easily the night of the year. We were treated to a delicious rotating three-course meal, with entrees, mains, and desserts served throughout the evening. It was heartwarming to see our peers laughing, mingling, snapping photos at the photobooth, and celebrating the halfway mark of Year 12 together.
The main event of the night was the awards ceremony. It gave us a chance to recognise and celebrate the incredible personalities that make our cohort what it is. The night was a perfect send off, smiles and joys, reminding us that as a cohort, we are strongest…together.

A big thank you to Matthew - 12F and Jayden - 12R for the amazing photos and video on the night.
Stemming from the stress of possible outfits we were going to wear, or food that was going to be served, or music that was going to be played, it seemed as if Year 12 Formal was approaching in slow motion. However, despite the nerve-racking excitement, the event somehow managed to meet and exceed expectations. It was truly a special experience witnessing peers in such elegant suits and dresses, rather than the classic student uniforms that we see almost every school day. With the opportunity to dance and take pictures with our favourite teachers, I think everyone can say that this night was one to remember. What an outstanding farewell to this journey of high school.

My experience at formal was truly unforgettable. From the food to the great music to the energy of the whole cohort enjoying this special day together. The venue was so beautiful and elegant, and it was amazing seeing everyone dressed so nicely at this wonderful occasion. This moment will stay in my memories for a lifetime, all the laughs and special talks with everyone without any worry or stress. This night was extremely special and I wouldn't change it for anything.
