EDSC Success at the 2025 EMR Cross Country Championship!

Some of the college's best long-distance runners have advanced to the SSV State Finals after competing at the EMR Cross Country Championships held at the Yarra Valley Racecourse in late Term 2.

In tough track and weather conditions, the following students’ efforts were a highlight on the day:

• Christopher M came 5th in the Boys 1213 Years event over the 3km course.
• Alyxa S and Annabella K both qualified for the next level of competition by finishing 6th and 7th over the 3km course in the Girls 1213 Years event.

Congratulations to these students and the rest of the team that represented the College on the day. The SSV State Finals will be held on Thursday 24 July at the Yarra Valley Racecourse – we wish our qualifying students the best of luck!
