School of Rock 

The Senior band will attend the School of Rock, a music competition with other schools, in the last week of the term. We will perform the songs Cotton Eye Joe, Don’t Worry Be Happy, and Wonderwall.

Parents, you will need to pay some money and sign a form for your kid to go. We’ve been practicing for weeks, and if you were at Pizza and Performance night, you may have heard our songs. If you weren’t there, then you will have another chance to see us play at the Winter Solstice.

Last year the Senior’s Band had a great performance, and we got to see lots of other school’s performances.

We have two members who participated last year, and they both think that it was a memorable experience. Also, one of them is writing this article!

It can really change your view on music, and is great to go to.
