What a Fantastic Term It’s Been!

This term has been filled with fun, growth, and new beginnings. We were excited to welcome three new students into our classroom, and what a wonderful addition they’ve been, bringing joy, personality, and a fresh energy to our learning space.

It’s taken some time, but our literacy routines are really starting to take shape. It’s been so rewarding to see students confidently reading, writing, and engaging with their learning.

In recent weeks, we’ve been exploring a series of stories that feature the same characters. These texts have helped us dive deeper into understanding character traits and have sparked some fantastic, imaginative writing from our students.

We’re incredibly proud of all that’s happening in Room 2! Our students are growing in confidence as learners and are beginning to recognise their own progress, and that sense of achievement is driving them to aim even higher.

It’s been so rewarding to watch their enthusiasm build, and I’m really looking forward to seeing what next term (and the rest of the year) has in store for our learning journey!
