Living Well Learning Well Award

Congratulations to Clare in 1B for consistently displaying our Living Well, Learning Well rules for living by being a safe, respectful learner in everyday interactions at St Edward’s School.

There's been plenty of  learning across our Year 2 classrooms this week

2H have been enjoying learning about the seasons in nature and the church calendar. They discovered how the changing seasons remind us of God's wonderful creation and special celebrations that shape our faith throughout the year.

2I have been having fun with multiplication, creating equal groups and arrays to help build their maths understanding. They are making clever connections and growing their confidence as they discover the patterns and possibilities in numbers.

2M have been discovering how to bring their stories to life by creating meaningful settings and how the settings can be shaped by what their character cares about.

Meanwhile in maths, they have been growing their multiplication skills by creating garden arrays and using equal groups to solve their problems.

More action of our St Ed's students representing at the NSW Primary Schools Chess Competition yesterday.
