Out and About the School
We are taking donations of eggs for our Father's Day BBQ Breakfast, please drop to the office.
IMPORTANT- Allergy Aware- School Lunches
St Xavier's is an Allergy Aware School. We have a number of students who have severe and mild allergies to both eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. Please be very conscious of this when packing your child's lunch. The smallest traces can cause a severe anaphylactic reaction. We ask that you do not pack eggs, Nutella, peanut butter, other nut butters and nut bars etc for your child to consume at school. Thank you for your understanding.
Pupil Free Days
Please note that there will be no school for students on the following days:
- Monday 12th October
Medication Alert
A reminder to parents that ALL medication should be handed into the office, it must not be kept in your child's bag. Any medication must be provided in it's original packaging with written (or emailed) instructions for administration.
All new or updated Medical Plans must be shared with our Office. It is a legal requirement that we have the most recent plan in place. This is of course for the safety and well being of our students.
P & F News
We had a very successful Golf Day, raising over $9,000 for our schools!
A huge thank you to everyone who sponsored, volunteered, donated, or helped out on the day. Your support is greatly appreciated and made the event such a success.
Upcoming Events
- Next meeting will be held on Wednesday 26th August, 5.00pm
- Father’s Day Stall on 4th September. Gifts are $5 or $10. Cash only.
- Club Gunnedah Community Raffle - We will be selling raffle tickets at Club Gunnedah every Friday night throughout September. If you would like to volunteer your time, please contact Mikaela on 0497 109 493 or email catholicschoolspandf@gmail.com.
