Cooking with Dr Buti

Dr Tony Buti MLA is the Member for Armadale and Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Interests and has been on a journey to discover WA’s culinary diversity, learning traditional recipes from different cultures through his multicultural cooking video series.

In this instalment he is joined by Member for Jandakot Yaz Mubarakai MLA and Member for Riverton Dr Jags Krishnan MLA at the Indian Society of WA, where they make shrikhand – a cool, yoghurt-based dessert from the Maharashtra and Gujarat regions in the West of India. It is the perfect treat as the weather heats up.
