Report
Welcome to the final week of term! We've made it, and it's been a busy and productive few months. Our students, staff, and families have all put in plenty of hard work, and everyone should feel proud of what we've achieved together. I hope you are looking forward to a well earned break, and if you are going away, please travel safely.
A reminder that our Open Morning is this Wednesday the 24th of June from 9:00 to 9:30. Most classes have been exploring the How the World Works unit this term, and the students are really looking forward to sharing all they have learned. We'd love to see you there.
Looking ahead, most year levels will begin Where We Are in Place and Time next term, a unit with a primary focus on History and Geography.
A reminder that our final assembly of the term will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, and all are welcome to come along. The term will then conclude early, with students finishing at 2:30. It will be also be Wear Your Colours Day to raise money for Fight Cancer. Students wishing to wear their favourite teams top are encouraged to and bring along a gold coin donation.
Congratulations to Cash who will be representing our school at the State Cross Country next term. It is an incredible effort to reach this race and we are incredibly proud! Go Cash!
Since launching our Learner Profile Attribute awards at the beginning of Term 2, we will finish the term with over 1000 acknowledgements of students demonstrating incredible skills that will support them well beyond their schooling journey. It is a testament to how amazing our students are and the work they put in each day to be the best they can be!
Have a great week everyone,
Joe
