Playgroup Highlights

Space 🚀🪐👾

This week we blasted off into outer space with our exciting Space theme!

One of the highlights was designing their very own space aliens! With cut-out eyes, mouths, and silly features to choose from, children could create a unique and imaginative alien face.

We also built rocketships using blocks, and the children loved pretending to fly off into space. Our space adventure continued as they entered the "galaxy zone" - a magical black mat filled with stars and planets. Mini astronauts crawled through a tunnel and climbed into a cosy rocketship made from pillows - ready for takeoff!

There were also space-themed colouring sheets with crayons and a special sensory space box filled with textures and surprises to explore.

Of course, we still had all our usual favourites too - kitchen play, puzzles, the soft baby area, and the ball pit. Outside, children enjoyed some messy painting and a sand sensory box for more creative fun.

It was a wonderful week of play, discovery, and imagination. We can't wait to see where our adventures take us next!
