R U OK Day at Highton Primary

Last Thursday our school community came together to recognise R U OK Day with a whole-school picnic in the afternoon. Students and staff enjoyed time sharing food, conversation and laughter.

The focus of the day was to remind everyone of the importance of checking in with each other and asking, “Are you OK?” Taking the time to talk and listen can make a big difference in someone’s day.

It was wonderful to see students showing kindness, support and care for one another while building stronger connections across our school.
