Boarding

We are delighted to announce the 2025/2026 Boarding Advisory Team (BAT). The BAT plays an important role in the life of our boarding community, acting as advocates for their year groups and working closely with the boarding Prefects to enhance the experience of all boarders.
These students provide valuable feedback, help shape initiatives and support the running of events and activities throughout the year. Their voice and leadership are essential in building a positive and inclusive boarding environment.
Please join us in congratulating the following students:
- Year 7 – Maggie Fitzroy, Isla Ramsden, Charlotte Lai
- Year 8 – Isabelle Lo, Charlotte Croker, Sonya Wong
- Year 9 – Olivia Smyth, Vey Touor
- Year 10 – Emily Milling, Zara Gill
- Year 11 – Charlotte Steibert, Rachel Tong
We look forward to the enthusiasm, ideas, and leadership this group will bring to boarding in the year ahead.
Over the next two weeks, we will begin farewelling our Year 12 boarders — some of whom have called Kambala home for the past six years. For these students, Kambala has been more than just a school; it has been a second home, a place of friendship, growth, and lasting memories.

Weekend Rec
Luna Park - Road closures due to the Sydney Marathon did not stop us having a great Funday, we jumped on the Ferry to Luna Park and enjoyed the sunshine beaming down as we travelled across beautiful Sydney Harbour.
Kambala Boarders’ Outing: Yoga & Yo-Chi
On Sunday, the Kambala Boarders enjoyed a wonderful weekend outing to a yoga class and Yo Chi. The day began with a lunch in the sunshine at beautiful Rose Bay Beach, where the girls had time to relax, chat, and soak up the ocean views. Afterwards, the group travelled to Surry Hills for a calming yoga class.
The girls learned a variety of poses and balances while also discovering the power of the breath to centre the body and mind. The session left everyone feeling relaxed, refreshed, and wonderfully Zen. They also learned a few cool tricks to show their family and friends. To finish off the day, the girls were treated to frozen yoghurt at Yo-Chi, complete with a wide selection of exciting toppings. These delicious creations were certainly a highlight of the outing. It was a wonderful day out for all and a perfect reminder of the importance of balance, wellbeing, and connection.
