Zoo Excursion

Last Thursday, the Foundation students went on their very first excursion to the Melbourne Zoo. They loved stepping into the role of “wild explorers” in the Zoo Classroom, where they watched tortoises being fed, investigated insects, created habitats, and explored sensory animal boxes.

The adventure continued as they wandered through the forest of wonder, the gorilla rainforest, and the lion gorge trails.

A huge thank you to our parent helpers - your support made this special day possible!

What the kids had to say...

"I loved the butterfly house because they landed on people."

(Finn L - FS)

"I liked it when I saw the baby giraffe called Noodle."

"I loved the snow leopard because it looked like there

was two of them when looking in the reflection."
