District Cross Country

On Tuesday 60 students from grade 3-6 headed to Banyule Flats Reserve to run in the Heidelberg District Cross Country. The 9/10-year-old students ran 2km and the 11- and 12-year-old students ran 3km. To qualify for the next round students had to finish in the top 12. 

Congratulations to the 10 students who qualified for the Banyule Division Cross Country at Banyule Flats Reserve on Tuesday 3rd June. 

9/10-year-old boys 

• Henry F: 1st place with a time of 8:13.20
• Marley T: 3rd place with a time of 8:24.82

9/10-year-old-girls

• Lily H: 6th place with a time of 9:40.80

11-year-old-boys

• Henry F: 7th place with a time of 12:50.75

11-year-old-girls

• Maya E: 4th place with a time of 13:16.16
• Ava W: 5th place with a time of 13:26.27
• Olivia W: 9th place with a time of 13:40.54

12-year-old-boys

• Patrick HB: 7th place with a time of 12:26.24

• Ruby D: 1st place with a time of 12:24.91
• Stella G: 11th Place with a time of 14:30.65

Congratulations to Henry F in grade 4 who this week was recognised for the time he swam in the 50m freestyle at the SSV State Swimming Championships on Thursday 1st May.
