ENROLMENT 2025

DO YOU HAVE A CHILD READY FOR PREP IN 2025?

We are now accepting enrolments for Prep 2025. If you have a child waiting in the wings to start school, please fill out the enrolment form below.  We also require a copy of the child's Birth Certificate and Immunisation History Statement.

You can email completed forms to our school email: chilwell.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Or swing by the Office to hand them in - whatever is easiest!

Please ensure these are handed in ASAP as it makes a huge difference to aid our planning and organisation for our wonderful 2025 community.
