Hands On Learning

This week in Hands on Learning we were on a roll! We made sausage rolls for the staff morning tea snack, and sushi rolls for our HoL lunch. 

In the afternoon, we spent some time in the garden, observing what vegetables are almost ready and deciding the menu for the remainder of the term based on what is seasonally available in the garden. The cauliflowers will be ready to make some cauliflower soup for the staff next week and a cabbage will be used to make chow mien for our lunch.
