YEAR 12

WEEK 9: KEY INFORMATION

LAST WEEK

What an awesome Athletics Carnival we had last week! Massive shout out to all our House Leaders for inspiring such great House Spirit! So many Year 12s joined in the dress up and Community Spirit; special thanks to Amy, Charlotte, Millie, Elaiza, Mischa, Lachlan, Macayla, Jenna, Phoebe, Maddi, and Bella to name a few! Participation was equally impressive with all leaders fully involved; Piper and Nicholas crowned age champions, and Emma also on the final podium!

LOOKING AHEAD

The response to both the '100 Days' celebration and our Athletics Carnival was sensational, and now, I would like us to focus on St Mary’s Day, which will be held in Week 6 of Term 3.  As we know, this will be the last St Mary’s Day for our cohort. It has always been a day filled with fun activities and most importantly a concert where students can showcase their talents and creativity. I would love to see the Year 12s take part to make this day so much more memorable. Please encourage your child to get involved, the more the merrier!

We are raising awareness about being on time to school; it is important to develop good habits to be ready for the workforce. Students who drive themselves to school must take possible traffic into consideration. Those who also make a pit stop on the way should also factor in possible delays. School starts at 8.25am. Please discuss with your child the importance of being on time to school; we understand that at times there may be special circumstances, appointments or unexpected delays, please call the College so that we are made aware. We really appreciate your support in this matter.
