YEAR 8 

Students were lucky enough to be part of the 'Backflips Against Bullying' presentation on Monday, and I do mean 'part of it!' This engaging presentation combined literal backflips with some really important messages about bullying. I am sure our Year 8s will be talking about it for weeks to come!

In Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), we will have a Whole-School Assembly this week. We have been discussing appropriate behaviour during assemblies and Liturgies in our Year 8 Community meetings each Wednesday, and it was fantastic to see a marked improvement at our Reconciliation Assembly last week. 

The school holidays are almost upon us again. Weeks 9 and 10 will see most of your child’s assessments completed. Please encourage them to keep working hard right up until the last day. Start Strong, End Stronger!  

SUBJECT EXPO

Subject Expo for students, parents, and carers in Years 8, 9, and 10 will occur on Thursday, 11 July. Parents and students must attend to receive information about subject selection and career pathways in 2025. 

The Year 9 2025 session will start at 4:00 p.m. Students and parents can speak with HODs and teachers in all subject areas.
