Once again, it has been a very busy two weeks for our Foundation students. They enjoyed participating in our House Sports on Friday, and eagerly joined in with the different House chants. We also released our 5 Monarch butterflies and had a Butterfly Celebration Day on Monday this week.
On Monday, the students had a Scoresby Superstars session where they learnt different games and worked in groups collaboratively.
Our silkworms have been very busy eating Mulberry leaves and, most of them have begun to spin their silk cocoons in preparation for emerging as a silk moth.
I have taken 4 days of Long Service Leave this week in preparation for my son’s wedding on the weekend. It has been a very special time for our family, enjoying time spent together organising last minute details for the big day.
