Principal's Report

We are incredibly excited to introduce to you our Rochester Secondary College Captains for 2025:  Payton Tiller, Oakley Tarrant, Jordy Rasmussen and Letisha Mountjoy. 

Our new School Captain's first duty was to oversee the Class of 2024 Parade on the last day of classes for our graduating year 12's. They did a wonderful job and will be fantastic ambassadors for our school. 

A huge thank you to all the students who showed the courage to put their names forward and run for school captain. Your dedication, passion, and willingness to lead are what make our school community so strong. We are proud of every one of you.

We have also recently inducted our 2025 Student Representitive Council. They will play a key role in working with the student body throughout the year. Our 2025 SRC are:

Publicity Officer -Kaylah Moon and Jack Brennan

Vale John Wilson

On behalf of the Rochester Secondary College community, I would like to pass on our condolences to the family of former Rochester Secondary College Council President Mr John Wilson, who passed away this week.

John was School Council President from 2011 to 2013 and worked hard for the school and the whole community. He will be sorely missed by many.
