Year 12 English Persuasive Oral Presentations

Last week, Mrs White and Ms Pollard had the opportunity to hear from the Year 12 VCE English students as they presented their persuasive speeches for one of their final assessment tasks of the year. 

There were a range of interesting topics that students chose to speak on, including the banning of social media for people under the age of sixteen, the burdens of interstate travel for AFL footballers, greyhound racing, the four-day work week and the impacts of AI, amongst others. 

Our students showed their passions for these topics and all spoke confidently and convincingly.
