Parent Olympian - Frank Hegerty

 Did you know that one of our parents is an Olympic medallist?  

The Preps and Grade 2's were extremely lucky to have a visit from Frank Hegerty (Jack and Charlie's dad) who was a Silver medallist in the 2008 Beijing Olympics for the men’s 4 x 2000m row! Frank also competed in the 2012 London Olympics in the Men’s 8 and the team finished 4th. 

The students were even lucky enough to touch/wear Franks medal as well!
