COOL KIDS ANXIETY PROGRAM: NOW BEING OFFERED IN COOGEE

The Cool Kids Program is an evidence based cognitive-behavioural skills program, focusing on teaching skills to manage anxiety. It occurs in a small group of up to 6 participants of similar age, face to face with one qualified therapist.

This program targets various types of anxiety and covers topics which include: 

* Learning about feelings and anxiety 

* Learning to think realistically  

* Fighting fear by facing fear 

* Parenting an anxious child

* Learning coping skills such as building confidence, relaxation or problem solving.

RAISING FATHERS

The Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney in association with several Catholic organisations is hosting a Raising Fathers Evening at Corpus Christi College, 35 Donovan Avenue Maroubra, on Tuesday 27 August 2024.

This event is aimed at dads and father figures of students in high school, but all are welcome. Please see the below flyer for further details.
